The 100-day trial

Take 100 days to decide. Here are the rules in full, so there are no surprises.

• 100 days from delivery. Wear them on real walks, not just on carpet.
• If they are not right, contact us within those 100 days for a refund of the product price.
• First Oakmere order only.
• One worn pair per household. Extra pairs from a 2- or 3-pair order must come back unworn.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the pair arrived faulty.
• Accidental damage, misuse and excessive wear are not covered.
• Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. It is not refunded on a change of mind.

How to start a return

Contact Oakmere with your order number and tell us what did not work — size, width or fit. We will reply with the return address and next steps.
